Suggested Use:

• Pull douche stem out of bulb and wash both pieces with warm soapy water and rinse.
• Add 8 oz of warm water into bulb. Open one capsule of Candida Freedom into water. Connect stem and shake well.
• Gently insert stem into your vagina, no more than 3 inches. Squeeze slowly until bulb is empty. Douching solution should flow freely out of vagina.
• Use while standing in the shower or tub or while on the toilet.
• Rinse device well with warm soapy water and allow to air dry.
