Psyllium Husk- is a form of fiber made from the husks of the Plantago ovata plant's seeds. It is a bulk-forming laxative. This means it soaks up water in your gut and makes bowel movements easier while helping promote regularity without increasing flatulence. It can be used as a one-off to ease constipation, or it can be added to your diet to help promote regularity and overall digestive health.

Flaxseed Oil- offers several benefits including omega-2 as ALA(alpha-linolenic acid) a polysaturated fatty acid, which constitutes more than half of the total fatty acids. Flaxseed Oil helps to lubricate the intestinal walls which allows toxins to be absorbed by the oil and then removed by the body. Flaxseed supplements can help suppress appetite, allowing for reduced food intake and weight loss.* It is believed that the soluble fiber (a type of fiber that absorbs water in the gut) in flaxseed promotes a feeling of fullness.

Black Walnut- is used against pinworm, ringworm, tapeworm and other intestinal parasites. Black Walnut is also used to treat parasitic worm infections and certain other infections including diphtheria and sexually transmitted diseases.

Senna Leaves-are used as herbal medicine because they are a rich source of artheoquinone glycosides that stimulate the bowel to contract. Senna Leaves helps the walls of the large intestine to contract, creating a strong laxative effect, it removes heat from your colon and it helps remove waste that builds up there over time.

Garlic Bulb- helps to provide protection for the internal organs against infection and blockage. It also aids in the digestion of fats and oils.

Cape Aloe- is unique because it has the properties of fiber, and it stimulates cramping, but soothes and cleans similar to aloe vera. Cape Aloe acts to relieve inflammation. It is related to the aloe vera plant that grows in the southwest United States, but has more laxative qualities. Cape Aloe acts as a cleansing detoxifying agent for the digestive tract, including the cecum, and has more vitamins, minerals, amino acids and polysaccharides than the aloe vera plant.
